JC&S recently completed a fast-paced tenant improvement (TI) project for Sixt Car Rental’s Newport Beach location. While this was a smaller scope compared to full-scale remodels, precision and timing were everything.

- Data line installation

- Drywall patching and interior painting
- Flooring installation
- Customer provided fixture setup
Biggest Challenge: Flooring Logistics
The specified flooring had been discontinued, presenting a major supply issue mid project. Our team located matching material from another state and coordinated shipping though it took nearly 2.5 weeks to arrive, we worked strategically to stay productive and prepared. As soon as the flooring arrived, we completed installation immediately.
The result? A seamless delivery and a satisfied client. This project is a testament to our ability to adapt, solve problems quickly, and still meet high expectations even on tight timelines.
